THEATER DINNER “A HEART AND AN AUNT”

The theater comedy “A Heart and an Aunt” is set in the late 50s and early 60s. Here lives Sonja, an independent woman full of dreams and a thirst for freedom, a woman who doesn’t want to believe in true love and loves the nightlife and the dream of America.

But then the unexpected knocks on her door – her aunt Uschi from America. But Uschi is the exact opposite of Sonja. She has clear social ideas and feels obliged to fulfill certain roles. Equipped with a considerable inheritance, she wants to start a new life in her old homeland and settle down. Uschi dreams of the love of her life, which she ironically believes she will find in Germany of all places. And this is where things become controversial in a humorous way.

This comedy is reminiscent of the old films of that era. For the connoisseurs and comedy lovers among you, we have special surprises in store: small, loving tributes to Peter Frankenfeld, Heinz Erhardt, Udo Jürgens and numerous other greats of this unforgettable era.

One thing can be said in advance – with the two ladies mentioned, it remains very entertaining right to the end!
